Reservation, Cancellation & Other Guest Policies:

Reservation guaranteed with credit card.

Credit cards are charged one week prior to visit, if you prefer to pay cash we will refund/credit your credit card on check-in. All cancellations MUST be made 10 or more days prior to arrival and must be confirmed by the manager.  (Messages left on answering machine, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail service is not reliable means of communication.

• We are not able to give refunds due to bad weather and/or early departure.
• All cancellations made after 10 days WILL be charged 1 night's rent.
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival are considered NO SHOWS and charged 100%.
• All cancellations will be charged $35.00 cancellation fee.
• OVERCROWDING OF CABINS OR HAVING MORE GUESTS THAN DETAILED IN THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF UP TO $100 PER PERSON.  (Unless approved upon reservation.)
• Absolutely No tents/RV’s for additional guests.
• Owner/management are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.
• Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account comparable to damage or cost of replacement.
• Additional cleaning will require a $50 overcharge.
